Cancel anytime
You can cancel roamgap Plus at any time from your billing page. There is no retention maze, no cancellation fee, and nobody to email first — it is one control, and it takes effect immediately.
You keep what you paid for
Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't cut you off. You keep roamgap Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it lapses quietly after that.
How each payment method renews

Refunds
Charges are non-refundable — we don't issue pro-rata or partial-period cash refunds. Cancelling anytime and keeping access to the end of the paid period is the protection: you are never billed for a period you didn't choose to enter.
If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling — that's a billing error, not a refund request. Email us and we'll fix it.
Who handles the money
Payments run through WiraPay, which uses Paystack for the card and M-Pesa rails. roamgap never sees or stores your card number. For anything billing-related, email citizensdraft@gmail.com.
