# Refunds & Cancellation — roamgap

## Cancel anytime

You can cancel roamgap Plus at any time from your billing page
(https://roamgap.ike.work/account/billing). There is no retention maze, no cancellation fee,
and nobody to email first — it is one control, and it takes effect immediately.

## You keep what you paid for

Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't cut you off. You keep roamgap
Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it lapses
quietly after that.

## How each payment method renews

| Paid with | Renewal | To stop it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Card | Auto-renews each period until you cancel. | Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. |
| M-Pesa | A one-time pass — it never auto-renews. | Nothing to cancel; it simply lapses at the end of the period. |

## Refunds

Charges are non-refundable — we don't issue pro-rata or partial-period cash
refunds. Cancelling anytime and keeping access to the end of the paid period is
the protection: you are never billed for a period you didn't choose to enter.

If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling —
that's a billing error, not a refund request. Email us and we'll fix it.

## Who handles the money

Payments run through WiraPay, which uses Paystack for the card and M-Pesa rails.
roamgap never sees or stores your card number. For anything billing-related,
