# Terms of Service — roamgap

## Agreement

Using roamgap means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please
don't use the service.

## The service

roamgap is a holiday and annual-leave optimiser: it finds the calendar windows
where public holidays and weekends turn a small amount of leave into a longer
break. Most of it is free. **roamgap Plus** is the single paid plan
(KES 500 / month); what it unlocks is listed at https://roamgap.ike.work/pricing

## Your account

Signing in is through Google — there is no separate roamgap password to create.
You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google
sign-in secure. An account is meant for one person.

## Acceptable use

Don't use roamgap unlawfully; don't try to break, overload, or work around the
paid-tier gate; don't resell the service or reverse-engineer it. Automated
readers are welcome within the documented agent surface (https://roamgap.ike.work/llms.txt) —
but please don't scrape beyond it.

## Subscriptions & billing

roamgap Plus is billed through WiraPay, which uses Paystack to take card and
M-Pesa payments. We never see or store your card number. If the price changes
you get advance notice and the chance to cancel before the new amount is
charged.

## Cancelling & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing page, and you keep roamgap Plus until
the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges are non-refundable.

## Your data

How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy
(https://roamgap.ike.work/legal/privacy). Your saved searches and itineraries stay yours —
you can export them or delete them at any time.

## Holiday data — please verify it

Public-holiday dates come from **Nager.Date** and are provided for planning
only. They are **not authoritative**. Holidays get moved, gazetted late, or
applied differently by employers, and leave rules vary. Please verify the dates
with your employer and the relevant authority before you book travel or commit
leave. roamgap isn't responsible for decisions made on the strength of its
output.

## Intellectual property

roamgap — the software, the brand, the design — belongs to us. You get a
personal, non-exclusive right to use the service. What you enter stays yours.

## No warranty, and the limits of our liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law
allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for travel and
leave decisions made using roamgap. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot
lawfully be excluded.

## Changes

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes are dated here, and
changes that affect paid subscribers are notified in advance.

## Ending it

You can stop using roamgap and delete your account whenever you like. We may
suspend or end access if these terms are broken. After deletion, data is handled
on the schedule in the privacy policy.

## Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. roamgap is operated by
